PCS LATAM Avocat combines multidisciplinary skills, in France and in the LATAM area, under the leadership of its founder, Patricia CUBA-SICHLER, holder of a Diploma of Advanced Studies D.E.A. in Environmental Law from the Panthéon Sorbonne University, Paris I and a master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law from the University of San Marcos UNMSM, Lima. In France, her career in corporate law firms consolidates her experience, in advisory and litigation, in International Trade and Business Law, and Environmental law, especially in matters of classified facilities, contaminated soils, compliance and corporate social responsibility, CSR. Patricia acted as internal auditor of an Integrated Management System ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Because of her bicultural approach and knowledge of Latin American systems at an international level, Patricia created and managed the Latin America Desk at DS Avocats law firm. Patricia led the integration of DS Abogados in Chile (2016) and the opening and management of DS Avocats in Peru (2017). She advises companies and individuals in their set up projects and businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean. She also participates as a consultant in international tenders called by national or multilateral banks, particularly in sustainable mobility (2021).
Patricia publishes articles, gives training and conferences in France and Latin America, around investment mechanisms, international trade, environmental law, Compliance, as well in national and European sanitary and health regulations for the commercialization of food and regulated products. She is co-head of the Latin American International Commission of the Paris Bar Association and a member of the Environment Commission of the Inter-American Bar Association FIA.
