PCS LATAM Avocat connects strong and multidisciplinary knowledge in France and worldwide, under the coordination of its founder Patricia CUBA-SICHLER who has a diploma certification in Environmental law advanced studies D.E.A. from Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris I University, and a master’s degree in Civil and commercial law from San Marcos National university from Lima, Peru.
Patricia CUBA-SICHLER is a lawyer and a member of Lima Bar; she became a member of Paris Bar in 2002 when she got her law professional tittle equivalence in France. Her bicultural approach, her knowledge about LATAM legal systems are completed by her French professional performance, first as a partner in Savin Martinet Associés law firm, then as Counsel, and responsible of Latin American Desk from DS Avocats law firm in which she has conducted DS integration in Chile and the opening and direction of DS Avocats in Peru. All of these has consolidated her expertise in international trade and business law, industrial environment law especially in classified facilities issues, sites and contaminated soils, climate change, corporate social responsibility CSR, in both advisory and litigation.
Patricia publishes and gives lectures and conferences about International trade, environment, and safety regulations in LATAM and France, especially that relating to the importation of fresh products and Novel Foods authorizations.
She is co-responsible of the International Latin America commission from Paris Bar and a member of environmental commission from Inter-American Bar association. In addition, she has participated as Peruvian youth representant in the environment United Nations conference in 1992 in Rio de Janeiro.
